David Martel
David Martel has over twenty-seven years of progressively responsible management experience in directing a multichannel retailer with three hundred twenty eight stores, a direct mail business division and an ecommerce operation. David oversaw all elements of the marketing team, merchandising group, creative team and the call center team. He also was heavily involved in the operation of the network of distribution centers, customer service and retail store site selection. David has been instrumental as the executive champion of his organization's early adoption of ecommerce and establishing an email marketing program. David has managed an advertising budget of tens of Millions of dollars. He has hired, managed and retained a world-class team of key executives, managers and staff that helped him build up his retail business. David studied business and marketing at California State University Northridge.

Martin Vrieze
Martin Vrieze brings a marriage of both technical and business acumen to the table. Martin has twenty years successful experience in both the business-to-business and the business-to-consumer marketing arenas. His business skills involve managing the strategic planning, budgeting, sales forecasting, statistics and econometric modeling, program execution and backend measurement of massive promotion programs. Martin is well experienced in building, maintaining and reporting on customer, promotion and product information residing in relational databases…many that he built himself. Martin understands how to bring together information from disparate places, marry it together and use them to make solid business decisions. Martin has a long history of staff development. Several of his past direct reports now work in senior level positions in other organizations. He holds an MS in Applied Economics from Marquette University.

Ed Martel
Ed Martel has over 31 plus years of retail and distribution management experience, the last eight years was spent at the executive level leading the retail and real estate divisions of a national tool retailer. Under Ed’s leadership in retail and partnering with real estate team, this retailer was able to more than double the amount of locations in his first five years at the helm. Ed was instrumental in taking the retail organization of this company to new heights in sales and profit and was able to do so by refining business processes, expense control, and improving communication and follow up on all strategies. He also was able to build a solid, first rate field and support team in the retail division of this company. Ed budgeted and managed over 7,000 employees and was able to do so without reducing the quality of the service offered at each retail location. Ed was involved from the very start of retail at this company and was able to grow and learn by working and experiencing all levels of retail, and by doing so has the real world knowledge of the workings of hardline retail from all levels which helped him build and understand retail from the ground up.
